Trinity River Band has had many songs from several of their successful albums appear on the Bluegrass Today Top 20 Chart over the last several years, but today they scored their first #1 hit on that chart with “Come Back Train.”
“Come Back Train,” written by Jerry Salley and Cassidy Lynn Alexander, is the first single release from their exciting new album Things We Do For Dreams. The album is available for purchase at major retail outlets including iTunes, Amazon, GooglePlay, and more.
Trinity River Band continues their busy tour as they headline this weekend’s Southeast Minnesota Bluegrass Association’s Bluegrass Festival now in progress at the Cushon’s Peak Campground located in a beautiful valley on the popular Root River Bike Trail in Houston, MN.
The Callahan, Florida based national touring group is in high demand for performances throughout the country. Coming off several months out west, the band is now set for upcoming performances at: the Nichols Center in Clayton, GA; Benefit in Sylva, NC; Music on the Town in Dandridge, TN, Twin Oaks Bluegrass Festival in Hoboken, GA; Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival in Kodak, TN; and many more festivals and concert events. As announced last week, the band is now being represented for booking and publicity by Moonstruck Management.
